Thanks to the OW cycles I can be much more aware of how I manage a team. All directors should take this course since it awakens the spirit of change, is eminently practical and, as the sessions advance, very applicable in one’s day-to-day.

The OW method has awakened knowledge and tools in me that, if used well, can give me what I need to be a better boss. They really work. I would highlight the way the concepts are presented and the concrete and concise ideas and cycle structure.
