The OW method stands out for being proactive. It was clearly developed by and for knowledgeable people who have evaluated business activity in full detail. It has given me moral support and enthusiasm.

The tools are presented in a simple way in the OW work program and there are many opportunities to put them into practice. The terminology is also clearly and specifically developed.
