• I would highlight the help the OW method gives to easily improving difficulties and putting problem solving into practice because it is very much like life itself.
• It would be interesting if the other division collaborators could participate in the OW cycles. I am convinced that it would be as positive for them as it was for me since I have discovered things that I already had but did not take full advantage of. The OW cycles have given me 360º coverage of my interests and needs as a leader.
