To me, the OW Cycle is one that makes the most of the initial investment. Personally, I cannot remember participating in any other course of any kind where I was able to use this many clear and simple tools in my day to day and in any social work setting.
I think that the OW cycles are a very recommendable program that can be applied 100%.
