The OW method has given me the opportunity to learn and change habits in search of better team management quality, although I admit that by using the correct tools we can always improve. It was a very positive cycle.

The OW cycle is one of the best investments that can be made for the future. I would highlight our use of the cycle from the onset, practicing the simple tools that we learn and that provide excellent results.
