The OW cycles are different, creative and extremely useful. The tone and rhythm are upbeat. From the onset the cycles can be applied to our working reality, helping us gain immediate results.

I liked the participative dynamic and implication experienced in the OW method. The materials used are of the highest quality. I would also emphasize the practical aspect of the method and how I learned to use tools in a more conscientious way.
