The OW method stands out for its practical and flexible nature in how team management problems at work are focused. It is a real, positive, practical and operative method that is presented in such a way that what is learned can be put into practice after each session.

I liked the simplicity and depth of the ideas/tools in the OW work model, the tempo of the course and the practical examples it has. It was phenomenal!
