Can we measure and accredit that a team of managers and directors of an organization has a high level of qualification in People Management?

The objective of this OW Certification is to identify, recognize and endorse managers and companies that demonstrate to have high qualification in People Management, through a precise, professional, and complete measurement of the level of exercise of daily managerial behaviors and an audit of the level of prestige and recommendation that employees granted to their managers.

OW 180º Management and Behavior Quality Evaluator. It is a tool that measures and evaluates the degree of execution of a broad group of daily behaviors necessary for good team management, and at the same time measures the prestige and degree of recommendation as manager and director.

Both indicators added together form a highly reliable map of the qualification in People Management that each evaluated person has.

After the evaluation period, each manager, or the company in the case of collective evaluation, receives a complete FINAL REPORT, with the results and qualifications obtained, which will serve as a scale for granting the Certification according to the following criteria:

For individual Certification

  • Each evaluated manager must have at least 5 direct collaborators who have been working under his/her management for at least 1 year. Likewise, it is required that a minimum of 70% of direct collaborators carry out the measurement.
  • Must obtain in the behavioral evaluation a grade greater than 4.0 out of 5.
  • Must obtain in the prestige and recommendation evaluation, a rating equal to or greater than 4.5 out of 5.

For company Certification

  • The measurement must have been carried out on at least 80% of the company’s directors and managers, meeting the requirements of individual certification.
