The person responsible for directing the OW cycle did so in such a way that I went from moderate skepticism to exultant enthusiasm. It brought me to a completely new and innovative management culture.

During the OW cycle, my motivation for learning how to use the work tools correctly grew. The energy with which the cycle was given was passed on to the group.
