The OW method offers the possibility to put the concepts learned during the cycle into real practice because the approach and tools are practical and useful. Change is possible if it comes from within.

Thanks to the OW cycle I have tools I can use on the job that help develop how I direct people. I would highlight the participation or, better yet, the way the group is made to participate in practical cases.
