The concepts explained during the OW cycles are practical and long lasting. They helped me discover things that I already knew but, for various reasons, did not put into practice. They also helped me discover other very valuable things to implement.

What I liked most about the OW work model was how the tools are based on constant practice more than on theory. It is a very positive and pleasant cycle that can be projected to our jobs.
