During the OW work program I noticed a complete change in my understanding of what makes a good boss and a bad one. I think that the immediate and practical implementation of the program, within my possibilities, is what stands out most for me.

The tools introduced in the OW cycle help one reflect, be more positive and improve both personally and professionally. Now I have a tool to know how to direct others and be more aware of what the responsibility of managing people means.
