The OW method stands out, more importantly, for how it gets attendees to participate and become involved in the method itself. It also stands out for the level of personal commitment one gives to putting the useful method into practice.

Everything I have learned from the OW cycles can be easily applied in my day-to-day thanks to the availability of the tools I was taught. I also liked the dynamics and how outstanding the rhythm of the cycle is.
